Although it looks confusing, the dungeon is actually linear. Now you can push the boulder onto the switch. Jump through the hole and you'll find yourself on the second floor. Go to the third floor and push the boulder there into the hole in the ground. There is no block here to push onto the switch.
The only tricky part is the block puzzle on the second floor.
